Staffing Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Operations Manager to lead and establish our new office presence in Midland, TX. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, drive account alignment, enforce compliance, and serve as the primary operational liaison to central onboarding, contractor success, safety and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including administration, financial/timekeeping workflows, account alignment, and overall operational efficiency to support growth targets.
• Client & Contractor Relations: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Handle account escalations, client feedback, contract adherence, and overall service delivery satisfaction.
• Safety & HSE Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for client HSE directors and safety personnel. Ensure all assigned contractors maintain full compliance with ISNetworld, fit-for-duty standards, and DISA background screenings prior to placement.
• Audit & Risk Management: Monitor contractor documentation, client pricebooks, and compliance to ensure full alignment with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and safety regulations.
• Incident Management: Coordinate workplace incident intake, post-accident drug testing protocols, and client reporting in alignment with corporate safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Required Qualifications
