Job summary

Futran Solutions is seeking a Field Safety Coordinator to oversee safety for a 50+ member field crew in the Midland-Odessa area, ensuring adherence to OSHA and client HSE standards. The role focuses on safety inspections, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate hazards.

It requires strong knowledge of oil & gas or industrial operations and hands-on safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in field safety and EHS coordination for oil & gas or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field safety for 50+ team members.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, client HSE requirements, and company safety policies.
• Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments (JSAs).
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop emergency response plans and manage incident reporting.
• Ensure PPE readiness, safe driving practices, and safety training compliance.
