Atrium Atlanta is currently growing! We are a mid-size woman-owned staffing and business consulting practice based out of NYC. Our Atlanta team is in growth mode, and we are looking for experienced talent that understands the Finance and Accounting market within the Atlanta Metro Area. This is not an opportunity for someone that is just looking for a job. What the role consists of:

• Establishing new business for staffing finance and accounting talent within any/all industries
• Maintaining client relationships to the fullest extent from origination, through org mapping, understanding of workflows and any applicable transformation/business initiatives, and deal follow-through.
• Delivering only the best of the best talent from the available candidate pool that warrants Atrium branded representation
• Understanding the different languages and buy-signs for temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire staffing initiatives

*Note that we are open to experience from either lane, and this role could lean either direction,

but will be responsible for owning all communication with the clients.

• Vet talent when necessary including the ability to source talent when desirable
• Cross-sell EOR and/or MSP solutions for our consultative Atrium Works Brand along with Talent Solutions in geographic markets outside of Georgia
• Document all activity in Bullhorn
• Leverage available AI tools to enhance search process and sales cycles
• Thoroughly vet clients and jobs before delivering internally

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years in a sales role, preferably in staffing
• Recruiting experience is a plus and may be preferred
• Understanding of Accounting & Finance is highly preferred
• Bullhorn experience is a plus
• Genuine interest in a high growth career path and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid capacity in Dunwoody, GA
