The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams in our Healthcare staffing practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting to ensure alignment of resources and support
• Serve as main POC with client leadership to understand their objectives and priorities, while building relationships with key stakeholders to promote sustained satisfaction and loyalty
• Provider / Candidate / Proposal submissions
• Collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities through daily communications and by facilitating biweekly, quarterly strategic meetings
• Partner with Secondary supplier onboarding teams and providers monitor the onboarding process and resolve delays/inquiries
• Lead weekly client check in meetings and healthcare practice review to provide status updates, escalation issues and resolve concerns
• Monitor portals/comms for new TO opportunities, make bid/no bid decisions and coordinate responses
