Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or another healthcare setting.
• Flu vaccine for shifts inside a UMC community (medical/religious exemptions may be requested).
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Age 18 or older.
