Job summary

United Methodist Communities (UMC) is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) for staffing through UMC HomeWorks in New Jersey. Earn a guaranteed $50 per hour with additional differentials up to $4 per hour for evenings, nights, and weekends.

You will choose your own shifts across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties, delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: long-term care experience.

What You'll Need

Required:

• Active New Jersey RN license
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred:

• Nursing experience in a long-term care setting

Pay and Benefits

• $50.00 per hour, guaranteed rate
• Shift differentials: $1.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends
• Full control over your schedule: choose day, evening, or night shifts as they're available

Schedule

Per diem. Day, evening, and night shifts available across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties, based on your availability.

Flu Vaccination

A flu vaccine is required for shifts inside a UMC-owned facility. It is not required for shifts based outside a UMC facility. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested.
