Benedictine is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Byron, MN to plan schedules, monitor budgets and support resident safety and well-being through strong team relationships.

You will develop schedules, conduct timecard audits, and communicate attendance concerns to management while traveling between Byron and Madonna Meadows as needed. The role requires attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a not-for-profit senior care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules and maintains facility budgeted hours.
• Performs timecard audits and edits as necessary.
• Documents and communicates attendance concerns to management.
• Travels between Byron and Madonna Meadows as needed.
