The coordinator will travel between Byron and Rochester, oversee attendance, and communicate with management on staffing concerns while supporting a positive, resident-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules and maintains facility budgeted hours.
• Performs timecard audits and edits as necessary.
• Documents and communicates attendance concerns to management.
