Benedictine is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to plan schedules, monitor budgeted hours, and support operational efficiency for our residents. The role focuses on building strong team relationships to ensure safe, timely staffing and reliable coverage.
You will conduct timecard audits, manage multiple priorities, and communicate attendance concerns to leadership, all while upholding Benedictine's values and mission. English proficiency is required for daily collaboration.
