Comfort Keepers Luzerne is seeking a dependable Staffing Coordinator to organize caregiver schedules and serve as the communication hub between families and caregivers. This role focuses on clarity, empathy, and problem-solving to support our scheduling team and senior care clients.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Live within 10–20 miles of Luzerne, PA.
• Be available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Staffing or scheduling experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage.
• Serve as the communication hub between families and caregivers.
• Support caregivers with clarity, empathy, and problem‑solving.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Step in to support nearby Comfort Keepers offices when needed.
