Comfort Keepers Luzerne, PA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and ensure coverage for our home care teams. This full-time role emphasizes compassion, organization, and efficient communication to support families and caregivers alike.

You’ll coordinate staffing, act as a central communication point, assist with recruiting and onboarding, and may support nearby Comfort Keepers offices as needed. Competitive pay with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Live within 10–20 miles of Luzerne.
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Staffing or scheduling experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage.
• Serve as the communication hub between families and caregivers.
• Support caregivers with clarity, empathy, and problem-solving.
