Job summary

Harmony Cedar Rapids is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing for resident care in our skilled nursing facility. You will schedule employees, maintain a master staffing schedule, and secure coverage for open shifts to uphold our high standard of care.

As a Staffing Coordinator you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by scheduling employees to meet our resident’s needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
