Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida is seeking a Coordinator Hospital Support and Staffing to help ensure safe and efficient PRN staffing across ambulatory clinics. The role reports to the Central Staffing Office Manager and supports the Ambulatory Nursing Director with workforce planning.

You will collaborate with clinic leaders, PRN staff, and hospital management to apply staffing policies, maintain PRN float pool records, and complete related administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in staffing or hospital operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review PRN utilization processes for Moffitt Clinics.
• Provide safe and effective staffing levels based on clinic productivity and policies.
• Collaborate with department leaders, PRN personnel and hospital management on policies and procedures.
• Maintain personnel records for PRN float pool and perform related administrative tasks.
