Florissant Valley Health & Rehab in Florissant, MO is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (CNA or CMT) to support scheduling, attendance tracking and unit coverage across the center. You will maintain contact lists, coordinate with the DON and HR, and ensure timely, compliant staffing to deliver high-quality resident care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred for office coordination and scheduling tasks.
• Valid CNA or CMT license for Missouri is required.
• Experience scheduling, screening and selecting candidates in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.
• Update posting of department managers' phone numbers in the business office.
• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars and report excess to DON.
• Coordinate scheduling with HR and DON per center policy.
• Complete nursing staff records upon hiring, reclassification and discharge.
• Assist with forms, time cards and day-off requests for scheduling.
• Prepare monthly nursing schedules and post worksheets/time schedules.
• Coordinate variances with DON and complete designated reports.
• Accept other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions of Staffing Coordinator (CNA or CMT):

• Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.
• Update business office with current posting of all department managers' phone numbers.
• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
• Report to Director of Nursing (DON) all employees with excess tardiness or absenteeism in accordance with the center policy.
• Work with Human Resources (HR) and Director of Nursing (DON) when scheduling modified work duty employees in accordance with work restrictions and center policy.
• Complete in timely fashion necessary nursing department employee records upon hiring, job reclassification and discharge.
• Assist employees in accurate completion of forms (i.e., leave and day off requests, time cards, etc.) pertinent to scheduling and staffing.
• Complete monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
• Complete and post work sheets/time schedules.
• Coordinate variances with Director of Nursing (DON).
• Assist in completions and filings of designated reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Accepts other duties as assigned.

Qualificationsof Staffing Coordinator (CNA or CMT):

• Bachelors’ degree is preferred
• Valid CNA or CMT license for the state of Missouri is required
• Prior experience scheduling, screening, and selecting job candidates in various clinical roles within a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Thorough and detail-oriented organization and management skills are highly desired.
