Job summary

The Plaza at Lubbock in Lubbock, TX is hiring a Staffing Coordinator, CNA or CMA. As the Staffing Coordinator you will serve as the primary contact for staffing functions at the facility, scheduling and coordinating staffing to ensure adequate clinical staffing.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CNA or CMA certification.
• Experience in a nursing home or home health setting with geriatric care.
• Scheduling experience required; UKG experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff nursing personnel scheduling (RN, LVN, CMA, CNAs).
• Process applications for all positions.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified applicants.
• Complete new hire reference checks, license/certifications verifications.
• Review staffing routinely and adjust based on census.
• Maintain attendance records and state mandated in-services.
