Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to plan and coordinate resident care staffing schedules across clinical departments, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with guidelines. In this role, you will balance staffing needs with resident care priorities and coordinate unit staffing to support high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant with at least one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency

Staffing Coordinator | CNA

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services, plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
