Mattoon Rehab and Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Mattoon, IL. You will develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage across clinical departments, while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

This role requires organized, detail-oriented individuals with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and at least one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services, plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
