Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (CNA) to develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing across clinical departments.

You will plan and schedule nursing staff, distribute personnel across the facility, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining a patient‑centered, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA certification in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services, plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
