Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for Care Link to coordinate staffing resources across clinical units on a PRN night shift. You will monitor patient census and acuity, using scheduling software and input from business units to maintain appropriate coverage.

The role requires 3+ years in administrative/staffing roles, strong computer accuracy, and hospital experience is a plus. Education includes a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy is required.
• Hospital environment and clinical service support experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying, coordinating and assigning all available staffing resources for clinical units across the system. The Coordinator ensures that all clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by providing continuous monitoring of staff resources utilizing input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units and feedback from administrative recourses.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years of administrative/staffing/payroll experience/customer service Required
• Must have experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy Required
• Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions Preferred
