Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia seeks a Staffing Coordinator to identify and allocate clinical staffing across units, ensuring coverage according to census and acuity. You will monitor resources with scheduling software and coordinate with business units.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• 3 years of administrative/staffing/payroll experience/customer service required.
• Must have experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy required.
• Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate and assign all available staffing resources for clinical units across the system.
• Monitor staff resources using scheduling software and input from business units and admin feedback.

Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying, coordinating and assigning all available staffing resources for clinical units across the system. The Coordinator ensures that all clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by providing continuous monitoring of staff resources utilizing input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units and feedback from administrative recourses.
