Job summary

Corewell Health’s Troy Hospital seeks a Staffing Office professional to maintain safe staffing for inpatient nursing and manage daily ANSOS workflow. The role includes updating staffing sheets, covering daily needs, and coordinating contingent staff to ensure proper unit coverage.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in staffing/scheduling, familiarity with ANSOS/Kronos, and proficiency in MS Office. The position is full-time at Troy Hospital with day shift and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 2 years of staffing and scheduling experience preferred.
• Scheduling experience with ANSOS or equivalent staffing system preferred.
• A working knowledge of computer software such as ANSOS, Kronos, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel preferred.

• Maintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing.
• Create and update the daily staffing sheets in ANSOS.
• Cover daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing.
• Monitors employee call-ins.
• Responsible for all staffing changes to be placed in ANSOS.
• Ensure we are staffed to matrix.
• Enters exception log edits into ANSOS for payroll.
• Assigns Contingent/Temp staff and Outside personnel to units as needed.
• This is not a Human Resources role.
