Job summary

AccentCare Lake Forest Office is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling and client coordination in Orange County. This role supports operational efficiency and relies on strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of home care, HR, or supervisory experience; scheduling in the staffing industry is preferred. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with full-time hours in a local office.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests for home care services and schedules/reschedules Care Partners as necessary.

• Schedule/reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability.
• Confirms and verifies schedules with clients and Care Partners and ensures visits occur.
• Calls client to confirm care schedule and communicates results to staff.
• Maintains schedules in ContinueLink system and updates partner availability daily.

Be the Best Staffing Coordinator You Can Be

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Receives requests for home care services and schedules/reschedules Care Partners as necessary. Gathers all necessary case information from caller. Checks Care Partner availability in ContinuLink
• Schedule/reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability. Confirms and verifies schedules with clients and Care Partners and verifies that all visits are made.
• Calls client to confirm care schedule. Confirms Care Partner availability and understanding of the case. Communicates results to office staff, if necessary
• Responsible for entering and maintaining schedules in ContinueLink system.
• Confirms/updates Care Partner availability/history daily
• Maintains all client information/changes daily. Performs regular information audits to verify accuracy
