Human Touch Home Health in Falls Church, VA is seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator for an in-office, full-time role. You will coordinate patient visits with clinicians and caregivers, manage daily staffing needs, and support smooth daily operations.

You are a strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving, able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate scheduling records and providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, scheduling or healthcare coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with scheduling systems and computer tools.
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient visits with clinicians and caregivers.

Every Schedule Matters

As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care they need when they need it.

You'll work closely with nurses, therapists, home health aides, and office staff to coordinate schedules, manage staffing needs, and support efficient daily operations.

Your ability to stay organized and think proactively will help keep patient care running smoothly across the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate patient visits with clinicians and caregivers
• Manage daily staffing needs and scheduling adjustments

• Coordinate new admissions and ongoing patient services
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentationWork closely with clinical managers and office staff to ensure staffing coverage

What We're Looking For

• Previous Staffing, Scheduling, Healthcare Coordination, or Home Health Experience Preferred
• Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Computer Skills and Experience with Scheduling Systems
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Healthcare Software Preferred
• Reliable, Professional, and Detail-Oriented
