Marquis Health Consulting Services in Exton, PA, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure consistent nursing coverage, support scheduling, and smooth daily operations across units.

Responsibilities include creating monthly nursing schedules, coordinating with the DNS, and maintaining accurate staffing records. The ideal candidate has prior staffing coordinator or payroll-support experience in a healthcare setting and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or Payroll support within a nursing center or healthcare setting required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling needs.
• Ability to ensure appropriate staffing levels while balancing multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating nursing schedules and managing staffing variances preferred.

• Ensure the center maintains appropriate staffing levels and adequate nursing coverage at all times.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating staff requests to ensure proper unit coverage.
• Prepare, complete, and post work schedules and staffing sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate staffing variances and schedule changes with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
• Maintain accurate staffing records and ensure schedules align with operational and regulatory needs.
• Build strong working relationships with staff to support collaboration and staffing stability.
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and staffing needs clearly and professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.

Daily Pay! $20-$24/hour (all inclusive)
