UHS's Clive Behavioral Health West is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support staffing needs for adult, child and adolescent patients in a 100-bed facility. The role works closely with the nursing and HR teams to keep schedules current and ensure appropriate staffing levels.

The incumbent will help monitor staffing, coordinate hiring needs, and maintain up-to-date schedules for clinical and support staff, contributing to the smooth operation of patient care services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative experience is required.
• Experience with UKG and/or scheduling in a medical facility preferred.

Staffing Coordinator

Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources.

Staffing Coordinator position works closly with the nursing and HR team to ensure the favility is appropriately staffed and hiring needs are kept up to date. The incumbent will work closely with staff to update and maintain schedules.
