Job summary

Avantara Arrowhead is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our caring team. You will ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' needs by scheduling employees, maintaining a master schedule, and securing coverage for open shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least two years of relevant experience, and CNA is strongly preferred. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience is preferable.
• CNA certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employees to ensure residents are adequately staffed.
• Maintain a master schedule and secure coverage for open shifts.
• Coordinate staffing needs to meet residents' care requirements.
• Support a caring and safe environment through effective staffing.

As a Staffing Coordinator you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by scheduling employees to meet our resident’s needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

It is STRONGLY preferred that our Staffing Coordinator is a CNA.
