Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Web Administrator (Windows) to drive design, administration, and security of enterprise web platforms hosted on Windows infrastructure. The role partners with infrastructure, security, and operations to modernize and stabilize complex web environments.

Responsibilities include overseeing IIS, Windows Server lifecycle, high availability, DR planning, and vulnerability remediation. You will mentor junior admins and coordinate with cloud teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience administering Windows Server OS and IIS in enterprise environments.
• Strong focus on security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Windows-based web platforms to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Administer IIS across dev, test, and production environments.
• Lead deployment and lifecycle management of web servers on Windows Server.
• Collaborate with app teams to onboard apps and tune performance.
• Develop HA/DR strategies including load balancing and failover.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Implement security controls including TLS/SSL and patching.
• Drive modernization and automation to reduce technical debt.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Support change management and platform upgrades.
