Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Staff Vice President, Provider Data Solutions to lead a portfolio of transformative provider data platforms. The role partners with operations, government programs, legal, compliance, benefits, and vendors to drive modernization, automation, and policy-driven data standards.

The position requires a BA/BS and 10+ years in executive roles, with strong experience in healthcare data, pricing, and payment integrity.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years’ experience at an executive director or above level with significant large-scale project management, strategic planning and continuous improvement in the health care industry; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Ability to travel required.

Responsibilities

Set the multi-year operations, technology, and solutions roadmap for core provider data platforms, sequencing modernization and automation.
Own product management for the provider data portfolio — requirements, design decisions, release planning, adoption, and measurable benefit realization.
Coordinate budget planning, investment prioritization, and resource allocation across program needs.
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on data governance, policy translation, and regulatory alignment.
