• Own multi-year strategy and portfolio prioritization for provider data platforms and modernization.
• Lead issue management and impact analysis across operations, regulatory, provider, and financial domains.
• Manage a large portfolio of data-management initiatives including provider lifecycle, data quality, and pricing technology.
• Own product management for the provider data portfolio from requirements to release and adoption.
• Bring automation and AI capabilities into operations with governance and measurable outcomes.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements to raise efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Oversee migrations, integrations, acquisitions, and market launches touching provider data.
