Elevance Health seeks a Staff VP, Provider Data Solutions to lead the portfolio of provider data platforms, drive modernization, and oversee data governance across multiple markets. The role requires executive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability for delivery and regulatory compliance.

Hybrid work model with in-office presence at least 3 days per week; travel may be required to coordinate with regional teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year operations, technology, and solutions roadmap for core provider data platforms.
• Lead issue management and impact analysis across solutions and benefits operations.
• Prioritize and manage data-management initiatives spanning provider lifecycle platforms, roster automation, digital rules, data quality programs, contract digitization, pricing technology, and network intelligence.
• Own product management for the provider data portfolio — requirements, design decisions, release planning, adoption, and measurable benefit realization.
• Bring automation and AI into operations with governance and measurable outcomes.
