Qualifications

• 10+ years of data science or ML delivering enterprise-impact projects.
• Deep expertise in ML, causal inference, deep learning, and time series.
• Hands-on knowledge of fixed income fundamentals and pricing.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship AI/ML initiatives across fixed income trading and investment banking.
• Develop models for pricing illiquid instruments and risk analysis.
• Advise on AI governance, reproducibility, and regulatory-compliant methods.
• Mentor a small team of data scientists and liaise with traders and risk leaders.
• Partner with desks and executives to align analytics with business priorities.
• Represent TWG Global in external tech forums and partnerships.
• Define standards for experimentation and model governance.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and enterprise capability building.
