Job summary

TWG Group Holdings, LLC (TWG Global) seeks an Executive Director for the AI Science team to lead high-impact AI and data science initiatives across fixed income and investment banking. You will report to the Managing Director of AI & Data and mentor a small team of data scientists.

You will partner with traders, risk leaders, and senior executives to ensure responsible AI adoption, align data science solutions with commercial priorities, and deliver measurable ROI on pricing, risk, and capital

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science or ML with enterprise impact
• Strong expertise in advanced ML, causal inference, deep learning, statistics, and time series
• Hands-on Python (or R), cloud platforms, and modern ML frameworks
• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives across fixed income and investment banking domains
• Mentor data scientists and build technical excellence
• Partner with traders, risk leaders, and executives to align solutions with business priorities
• Define governance, reproducibility, and model risk standards in a regulated setting
• Represent TWG Group Holdings in external forums and with partners
