Counterpart Health is seeking a Staff UX Designer to lead high-impact design initiatives across our product suite. You will mentor designers, elevate design quality, and drive a user-first mindset while collaborating with engineering and data science to integrate ML features into the product.
You will shape enterprise-to-consumer experiences with a remote-friendly culture, advancing design systems and setting new standards for excellence in healthcare software.
At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, "Counterpart Assistant". By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes for patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.
Our UX Designers thrive on solving hard problems. We deliver products and experiences by combining personal care with modern technology to give people the healthcare they deserve. We work closely to define emerging patterns, interactions, and visual systems from the ground up to solve problems that haven't been solved yet. It's an opportunity to not only design better healthcare software, but to design a whole new way to work.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff UX Designer to join our team and lead impactful design initiatives across our product suite. As a key member of the design leadership team, you will shape the quality of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are intuitive, user-centered, and aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for solving complex design challenges, elevating design quality by mentoring other designers, and driving a user-first mindset throughout the organization.
If you are a design leader who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment and has a passion for creating products that make a meaningful impact, we would love to meet you!
