Counterpart Health seeks a Senior Manager, UX Design to lead the Interventions Pillar, guiding AI-enabled clinical workflows from insight to action. At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care through Counterpart Assistant, our technology platform for primary care. By supporting primary care physicians and their teams, we help identify patient needs earlier, make complex clinical information actionable, and support longitudinal management of chronic conditions.
As Senior Manager of UX Design for the Interventions Pillar, you will lead the team designing how clinical insight becomes action. Your portfolio will include decision support, treatment planning, intervention selection, treatment execution, care coordination, and longitudinal follow-through.
You will manage talented, experienced designers who already understand our product, systems, and clinical users deeply. Your role is to help them expand their strategic ownership, make stronger decisions through ambiguity, influence across the organization, and define the future of their domains.
AI will be an important part of this work. You will guide teams in applying AI where it can help clinicians synthesize information, evaluate options, plan care, and follow through—while preserving appropriate evidence, transparency, and clinical control.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$188,500 - $245,000 USD
