Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions of users. You will lead the UX process from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve the Google design language across Pixel hardware and Android.

You will apply user-centered methods, delivering industry-leading experiences and partnering with engineering and product management to build beautiful, innovative products for the Pixel family.

The Pixel UX team is a close-knit, interdisciplinary group that is responsible for developing Pixel hardware, apps, and experiences that are radically helpful, smart, and reliable. This position in our team provides the opportunity to define innovative UX that bridges the gap between hardware and Android software on the Pixel family of devices. We are looking for a strong hybrid interaction and visual designer who is excited about the future of mobile.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google's artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
