Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions of users. You will craft user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to evolve the Google design language and deliver elegant, user-centered products.

You will lead design strategy for system-level features, translating complex architectures into simple interfaces across Android and other platforms.

You will design goals, drive cross-functional alignment across product and engineering, and establish scalable design principles that prioritize user agency and precision craft. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
