As a Staff in the TA&D practice, you will contribute to the design and delivery of architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures for transformation initiatives.

You will work across TA&D Business and Technology Strategy, applying Agile methodologies, supporting operating model design, cost optimization, and enterprise architecture across environments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks and program management approaches.
• Assist with transformation programs through TMO/PMO and governance materials.
• Contribute to business cases, ideation, performance reporting, and client storytelling.
