The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of instructor-led training experience, LMS proficiency, and strong skills in adult learning, instructional design, and coaching. Master’s degree preferred; evenings and travel within DFW may be required.

Position Function:
Working in collaboration with the Training Supervisor, the Trainer enhances employee competencies by facilitating high-quality training programs that will improve workplace performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social services, Education, Organizational Leadership/Management or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Experience in curriculum development related to human behavior and/or organizational leadership is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering instructor-led training using one or more of the following delivery methods: in-person, virtual, webinar video conferencing or blended learning. Experience using learning management systems (LMS) required. Experience designing training curricula and coordinating training events in an organizational setting preferred. Proficiency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other training technologies preferred.
