Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for doubling developer productivity across the company.
• Lead organizational change management as engineering teams adopt new ways of working.
• Partner with DevAmp Area leads to accelerate productivity with AI-powered tooling.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from conceptualization to launch with autonomy.
• Guide and develop other TPMs and engineering leads, scaling best practices.
