Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for doubling developer productivity across Duolingo by aligning engineering, product, and data science.
• Lead organizational change management as teams adopt new processes and tooling.
• Partner with DevAmp Area leads to accelerate productivity through AI‑powered tooling with clear goals and measurable impact.
• Lead delivery of strategic cross‑functional initiatives from concept to launch with autonomy across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, data science, QA, and executives to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop detailed plans with milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely launches; mentor TPMs and engineering leads.
