Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Staff TPM for Simulation Infra Resource Management to maximize the impact and utilization of simulation compute resources. You will partner with engineering and product management to structure, own, and drive programs toward real-world deployments of the Waymo Driver across platforms and geographies.

This role requires 7+ years in infra/software/resource management, a CS or STEM background, and a proven ability to communicate strategic decisions to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale program management across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, software, or resource/capacity management.
• Background in computer science or a commensurate technical capability in a STEM field.
• Strong record of delivering high-impact strategic communications.

Responsibilities
