Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Simulation Infra Resource Management. The role focuses on maximizing the impact and utilization of simulation compute resources across the company, partnering with engineering and product management.

The TPM will balance complex trade-offs, drive cross-functional planning, and communicate decisions clearly to senior leaders and the C-team. The role is hybrid and reports to a TPM Manager.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale program management across multiple projects.
• Background in infrastructure, software, or resource management.
• Proven ability to communicate decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive simulations compute resource utilization with engineering and product teams.
• Develop program structures and execution strategies for complex programs.
• Balance trade-offs and clearly communicate decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Influence without direct authority to align downward, outward and upward.
