Job summary

Suno seeks a Staff or Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to build the program foundation for Suno's Security organization. You will own the cross-functional structure that turns security priorities into programs that run and finish, starting with Vulnerability Management and Security by Design.

You will partner with Engineering, Research, and Legal, and as the work grows you may build a team, aligning roadmaps with milestones and ensuring ongoing program health and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in security, infrastructure, or platform programs.
• Experience building programs from scratch such as vulnerability management or secure development lifecycle.
• Ability to engage credibly with security and software engineers and drive cross-team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Vulnerability Management end-to-end, from intake to remediation tracking and verified closure with Engineering.
• Stand up Security by Design as a repeatable program with clear processes and accountability.
• Own Security's roadmap with tracked plans, owners, and milestones.
• Track incident response follow-ups and post-incident corrective actions until resolved.
• Build audit-readiness tracking mapping requirements to owners and evidence.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Security, Engineering, Research, and Legal; surface blockers and dependencies.
• Partner with IT to set up processes, tools, and operating cadences for independent IT ownership.
• Help make security integral to Suno's model and feature development for creative fulfillment.
