Evergrid is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager for Deployments. This remote role leads end-to-end infrastructure deployment programs, including new capacity and site expansions, across GPU-based AI infrastructure.

You will shape deployment engagement models, coach junior TPMs, and drive AI tool integration for risk detection and executive reporting. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end.
• Ability to define deployment engagement models from scratch and ensure adoption across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders and risk reporting.
