Job summary

Cerebras Systems seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead Data Center New Product Introduction (NPI) and prepare new AI systems for reliable deployment at scale. You will connect hardware and systems engineering with facility design, supply chain, networking, commissioning, and operations to create repeatable deployment approaches across sites.

Your role owns the integrated readiness program from early requirements through operational acceptance and rollout, focusing on identifying risks

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex NPI, systems integration, or deployment programs from early requirements through production readiness.
• Track record of staff-level program ownership across engineering and operations.
• Technical understanding of data center compute, networking, power, cooling, and facility readiness.
• Experience defining readiness gates, validation plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to manage dependencies, engineering changes, risks across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-functional NPI plan for new system generations, rack configurations, and infrastructure readiness.
• Translate engineering specs into deployment requirements for power, cooling, space, rack layout, networking, cabling, installation, serviceability, and site interfaces.
• Drive design and readiness reviews; surface gaps between product design, facility capabilities, and operational needs.
• Coordinate deployment and validation plans, including site readiness, equipment availability, installation sequencing, test coverage, and acceptance evidence.
• Maintain risk/issue register; drive resolution of blockers with engineering owners.
• Lead change control across specs, BOMs, firmware/software dependencies, deployment procedures, and site requirements.
• Define repeatable deployment packages with configurations, checklists, runbooks, and handoff.
• Drive readiness recommendations and executive escalations; track improvements in deployment cycle time.
