Cerebras Systems in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead Data Center New Product Introduction (NPI) and drive reliable deployment of next‑generation AI systems. You will connect hardware and facilities with supply chain, networking, commissioning, and operations to translate new requirements into repeatable deployment approaches.

Formación

• Experience leading complex NPI, systems integration, or deployment programs.
• Staff-level program ownership across engineering and operations.
• Technical understanding of data center systems (compute, networking, power, cooling).
• Experience defining readiness gates and acceptance criteria for new tech introductions.
• Ability to manage configuration dependencies, critical paths, and risks across workstreams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for decisions with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the cross-functional NPI plan for new system generations, rack configurations, and supporting infrastructure, with milestones and readiness criteria.
• Translate engineering specs into deployment requirements covering power, cooling, space, rack layout, networking, cabling, installation, serviceability, and site interfaces.
• Lead design and readiness reviews with engineering and deployment teams; surface gaps between product design, facility capabilities, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate initial deployment and validation plans, including site readiness, equipment availability, installation sequencing, test coverage, issue triage, and acceptance evidence.
• Maintain the integrated risk and issue register; drive resolution of blockers with accountable engineering owners.
• Drive change control across specs, BOMs, firmware and software dependencies, deployment procedures, and site requirements; assess downstream impacts.
• Define repeatable deployment packages with configurations, acceptance checklists, runbooks, training, spares, and handoff.
• Drive readiness recommendations and executive escalations; incorporate lessons from initial deployments into future rollouts.
