Northwestern University in Evanston is seeking a full-time Staff Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or Psychologist) to provide mental health evaluations, brief individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and to contribute to CAPS training through supervision and seminars. The position may require some evening hours and occasional weekends, with after-hours on-call duties.

Licensure in Illinois must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Competenze

• Completed Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (or doctoral degree in psychology).
• Illinois license eligibility as independent mental health provider; licensure within 12 months.
• Experience in group therapy.
• Strong clinical skills for short-term therapy, crisis intervention, and community programming.

Mansioni

• Provide brief individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and initial assessment.
• Maintain timely clinical records and after-hours on-call duties.
• Consult with psychiatrists for medication management and with campus partners for quality care.
• Provide clinical supervision and training seminars to CAPS trainees.
• Support campus outreach and liaison activities across NU units.
