Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with extensive relevant experience or higher.
• 5+ years in integrated test plans for defense/aerospace systems.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop and system-level tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure HWIL/SWIL test facilities and labs.
• Translate requirements into integrated test concepts balancing performance, schedule, and cost.
• Develop test plans, procedures and schedules for subsystem and system testing.
• Coordinate test activities across teams and suppliers for readiness and efficiency.
• Maintain the Integrated Test Plan (ITP) with traceability of requirements.
• Analyze test data and produce reports to drive design decisions.
• Review supplier test plans and verify data against requirements.
• Design proof-of-concept tests to support risk reduction objectives.
• Manage test data acquisition and configuration control.
