Qualifications

  • 3–10 years of professional hands-on Technician experience.
  • Up to 20% travel between locations; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to standards, processes, tools, templates, and best practices for A-C brand.
  • Review and update mechanical drawings, electrical/plumbing schematics, and BOMs.
  • Assist in writing assembly and maintenance manuals.
  • Assist in coordinating system packaging and delivery.
  • Assist with project labor estimates for assembly and test.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS and other procedures.
  • Travel to customer sites for deliveries and on-site rework.
  • Maintain safe practices at all times.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of a high school diploma or GED. Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Associate degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • 3 to 10 years of professional hands‑on experience as a Technician.
  • Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Ability to travel for work‑related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Assembly of electro‑mechanical fixtures and prototypes, be able to work from 2D and 3D documentation.
  • Experience working with fixtures, ESD sensitive parts, 3D printed parts, cables, and contact crimping.
  • Comfortable with running test equipment.
  • Comfortable working with delicate parts and assemblies.
  • Experience soldering.
  • Ability to maintain build space, equipment, and tools.
  • Comfortable drilling, tapping, cutting, and filing with the use of hand, or power tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for adherence to standards, processes, tools, templates, and best practices that build and sustain the A‑C brand.
  • Review, redline, and update mechanical drawings, electrical and plumbing schematics, and updates to BOM’s.
  • Assist in writing assembly and maintenance manuals.
  • Assist in the coordination of system packaging and delivery.
  • Assist with project estimation by providing assembly and test labor estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with A‑C’s procedures as specified in the QMS and other procedures specified outside of the QMS.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites for deliveries and on‑site rework.
  • Ensuring safe practices at all times.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $54,000.00 – $93,000.00.
