We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to play a key role in our United States Navy portfolio. You will be an instrumental player in the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Command and Control and Integrated Fires capabilities purpose‑built for Navy operations. This role demands someone who understands the Navy and shipboard operating environment, can translate operational requirements into technical solutions, and thrives at the intersection of technology and warfighting. You will embed with end users during exercises and demonstrations, assist in business development efforts, collaborate with and inform our technical engineering teams, and coordinate closely with your counterparts across Anduril to deliver unified solutions across the Department of War.
US Salary Range: $191,000 – $253,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers.
